Lights, Camera and CHEESE!

Below are some photos of Me and Sam testing the lighting 'under the camera'. Lighting is one essential element to Stop Motion animation. Below each photo I will describe what we did to the lights to achieve the image seen on the camera

  • Small exposure on camera
  • Lights held far away
  • Lighting mice from behind
  • Smaller lights at medium level of brightness and the big stage light at the front at a high level of brightness

  • Lots of exposure
  • Lights kept the same as before

  • Little exposure
  • Lights kept the same as before

  • Lots of exposure
  • Lights at low level of brightness
  • Gives an antique feel
