I also looked at exposure and focus the exposure of course just changes the amount of time the the shutters open and therefore how much light gets in. working on focus was hard because normally I would change the settings looking through the lens. I tried messing around with it but i am going to again to see if I can get a greater depth of field as it is a little limited.

Messing Around with the Camera
I went into uni yesterday and played with the settings of the camera and the lighting. I messed with the lighting first and found that the back light (no2.) gives an overall lighting that covers the stage which is what we are looking for but may be to intense and cause hot spot on the background. The two smaller side lights are good for directional lighting and cause a nice shadowing.
